The family behind the name

Family-run lawn carewith direct owner contact.

Looney's Lawn Care is led by Josh and focused on helping homeowners across Okaloosa and Walton Counties care for the visible details of their yards.

Looney's Lawn Care

A local name attached to the work.

This is a family-run business, not a national lawn-care directory or collection of anonymous service pages. Customers call or email the owner directly.

The work stays close to home: Okaloosa and Walton Counties, five kinds of yard work, done carefully. Staying focused means the conversation is always about the property in front of us, what needs attention, what the work covers, and what it does not.

Every yard brings its own mix of grass, beds, shrubs, access, loose material, and unwanted growth. The website gives you a useful starting point; the actual scope comes from a direct conversation.

Regular business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Weekend work or appointments are available by request when the schedule allows.

What family-run means here

Simple principles for a clearer experience.

Talk with the owner

The phone number and email across this site connect you with the person leading the business, not a lead marketplace.

Define the property

Address, access, current condition, and the result you want provide a better starting point than a one-size-fits-all package.

Keep the scope honest

Service pages explain useful boundaries so routine yard work is not confused with hazardous, regulated, or unrelated work.

What we do

Five focused service categories.

Every service has its own page with scope, process, and answers to common questions.

Owner and author

Josh Looney

Looney's Lawn Care

He writes every one of the 30 lawn-care guides in the Looney's library. The articles are written for Florida Panhandle homeowners and cover turf, mowing, water, soil, weeds, storms, seasonal care, and choosing help for a property.

Each article includes the primary sources used to support its educational guidance. Where rules, product labels, credentials, or property conditions can change the answer, the guide says so instead of presenting one blanket instruction for every address.
